Seneca County DJFS Annual Report
Greetings – Our staff accomplished amazing things again in 2024! It was a busy year of program changes
from the state and federal levels along with technology changes. Our staff served thousands of
families in the various programs throughout the agency. We proactively engaged technology to
administer two call centers for the agency, kept our website current, engaged in outreach and

Our Work
OhioMeansJobs Center
Our OMJ Center is on site and offers a plethora of job aid solutions.
From class/course work, resume building and submission, to connecting employers with new would be employees.
In the Class Room
Our agency offers the ability to connect you directly to specific course work pertaining to a field you may desire to invest yourself into. We have scheduled onsite partners that utilize our agency to help those with completing possible prerequisite job requirements. If not within our building we can help connect you to entities that can help.
Resume Building
Our OhioMeansJobs Center also offers same day resume building. We can help you edit an existing resume or start completely from scratch. Once that’s done we can also help guide you in finding a job online and submitting that resume before you leave. You’ll also get a free Flash-drive with a copy of your resume in multiple file formats for ease of transfer.
Employer Services
Our OhioMeansJobs Center also offers resources for employers looking for qualified and eager future employees. We are partnered with multiple employers in Seneca and surrounding counties who come together to provide adequate and quality workers in the local areas.
